Shopping Withdrawal

So I tried to resist shopping since I did so much of it this weekend but I couldn't help it.

On guilt.com (which you have to sign up for before you buy)  I got a Kate Spade cosmetic bag which I can't waittttt to get it in. The sale goes on until 12 pm 5/25 but hurry because things sell out quick!

Kate Spade is one of my favorite designers and everything I've bought from Kate Spade has been amazing quality and veryyy cute!

I also started following Melly on twitter @MellyEdina and checked out their site at http://www.MellyOnline.com/. She has a great Kate Spade collection.
I love the all in one iPhone case-->
and these earrings

I definitely need to stop shopping this week though, I have a wedding gift to get and I need to move out of my apartment! So much going on. Priorities right?

Monday Sales

Today was incredibly productive as far as shopping goes. Memorial Day sales have already started and they're awesome!

First- update on the Target shoes. I wore them to work today and out to dinner afterwards and they were comfortable the whole time. Side note: almost all shoes and bags are buy one get 50% off until May 26th! Totally missed that but I'll probably go back tomorrow and get another pair that I plan on altering for a Fourth of July party with some fabric paint. If I decide to go through with that plan I'll keep you in the loop on how I did it and how they came out.

Now onto more exciting sales!

Ann Taylor Loft has a ton of things for $29 and an extra 40% off sale items, plus you'll receive a $25 savings card if you spend $50 or more on regular priced items.

These are my Loft picks:

Marisa Cotton Twill Shorts in any color (I like Smashing Pink)

<--Floral Wash Print Shorts

Patterns, bright colors and mix and match are huge this summer!

Next- I can't ignore a great shoe sale. Aldo is offering an extra 25% off sale items.
These super cute sandals caught my eye but because I'm a 6 1/2 I want to go try them on before I buy. Tip: before you order online sign up for emails and get 10% off.

On to my favorite sale: Last Call Neiman Marcus. You get to take 40% off EVERYTHING! Yes, everything. I'm dying.
I bought this Michael Kors bracelet which I love and am currently deciding on which of his watches to buy because they're on sale too! Here is the one I like best.

Hope you enjoy the sales! I know I am. It's making me hate Mondays a little less

Finally a nice (and productive) weekend!

So I got a lot done yesterday. Hung out with my sister and did some shopping, got my glasses fixed and did all my puppy errands!

Target wasn't as exciting as I hoped. They only had two of the shoes I was looking for and only one style had my size. I guess it's not a bad thing. I ended up getting the Pam Wedge in gold (similar here, almost the same here, cute option here) I also got a hair straightener since I lost mine in transit when I went to Dallas about a month ago. I've had good luck with cheap straighteners from Target so I didn't bother getting a pricey one. Online there is a similar Conair straightener that supports breast cancer awareness which I didn't see until now. Hopefully the one I got works but if not I'll exchange it for that one.

I also grabbed a cheap garbage can (with lid!) to store the pups food in. I intend to make a trip to Michael's today to get some crafty things and glam it up. Most likely a decal and some puff paint. I'll upload a picture once I'm done.

After Target came the mall where I got my glasses fixed up (for free). The guy who helped me told me to come in next time as soon as my glasses started feeling loose because once they're likely to come unscrewed and get bent. Who knew? I also went to the shoe dept (surprise surprise) and was planning on getting these Purple Palmetto Toms which were really cool but since every pair looked different and I had to order them in my size I went with Classic Red Toms. I figured they would be easier to match with.

Then came Marshall's where I got a floral maxi dress for $20!! (similar looks here and here) and a patterned romper (similar here, here and a super cute Marc one here) and a GREAT pair of wedges from steve madden but I can't find them online. The closest I found were these and there are these which are a reverse version but very cute.

I'm off to the reservoir with my pup and my man. It's so nice out here and I plan on taking advantage of it!

stay glam kiddies!

TGIF

I don't know about anyone else but it felt this work day was way too long. Now the weekend begins and for this weekend that means shopping! Not going crazy (at least I don't plan to) but I have some specifics in mind. I won't keep you in the dark- here's my shopping list:

First Stop: Target
(Although making a list for Target never matters, I always end up with a full cart)

<-- Palm Print Wedge Sandal

Pam Wedge -->

<--Peg Peep Toe Wedge Leopard

<--Lace-up Platform Wedge Booties

Second Stop: Marshalls
(Unfortunately I can't do a photo list because Marshalls doesn't have online shopping but I'll tell you what I'm looking for)

-maxi dresses/skirts
-jean jacket
-work button ups
-casual red skirt
-gold bracelets

On top of that I have to exchange my Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses because the screw keeps coming loose (annoying) but I <3 Nordstom and since I bought them there I know I won't have to worry. They have amazing customer service! And whenever I go out shopping I inevitably end up at DSW at some point so I'll factor that in.

And I can't keep this to myself-- J. Crew Factory has some greatttt items on sale! I bought these Crystal Blossom Stud Earrings and this Ruffle One-Shoulder Top this morning but I may have to go back for more!

Happy Friday!
